Common questions

Answers before you install.

Bhola Sadar is fully covered. Borhanuddin, Lalmohan, Charfassion and Doulatkhan are served through partner riders, and the app shows whether your address is inside the delivery zone before you check out.

Cash on delivery works everywhere. Mobile payment through bKash and Nagad is available at checkout for food and medicine, and the receipt stays in your order history either way.

For prescription-only medicine, yes — photograph it in the app and the pharmacist reviews it before dispatch. Over-the-counter items like paracetamol or saline do not need one.

Send us your trade licence and a contact number through the form below. Setup takes about two working days, and we visit to photograph the menu and train your staff on the order panel.

You need a smartphone, a bike or cycle, and an NID. Apply through the contact form and we arrange a short verification meeting. You choose your own hours and are paid per completed delivery.

Yes. Delete it from inside the app, or use the account deletion page on this site. Your profile, addresses and order history are removed, apart from records we are required to keep for tax purposes.
